Logic 9 Review - Bounce in Place
by Paul Dakeyne, in Music Software, 1 Comment
Aside from the standard legacy ‘Bounce’ function ported from previous incarnations, Logic 9 now introduces 3 new and very useful ‘Bounce in Place’ features: Regions, Track & Replace All. The aforementioned legacy function took its source from the mixers master outs, obeying position locators and recognising all active plug-ins.
Mouse clicking: Regions>Bounce Regions in Place. This is a cool bounce function which allows you to select a cascade of different regions, from any track(s) and any part of an arrangement, then make a quick composite bounce to stereo audio. Similar to the set-up in the image (left), Logic 9 makes a new track, mutes the source regions, gives an option to … continue reading ‘Logic 9 Review - Bounce in Place’
